AFL International Consulting Staff and Services Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Contractor Salesperson to represent Lenovo's complete range of commercial products to business customers. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in IT sales, who is passionate about technology and can build long-term relationships with commercial clients across various industries. As a contractor, you will be responsible for generating sales, managing client accounts, and promoting Lenovo's world-class products and solutions to organizations, businesses, and institutions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Lenovo products to commercial clients, including SMBs, enterprises, government agencies, and educational institutions.
    • Identify, target, and engage potential business customers through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
    • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and propose appropriate Lenovo product solutions that meet business objectives.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers, highlighting Lenovo's unique value propositions.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns and troubleshooting as needed to maintain customer trust and loyalty.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
    • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, including sales volume, revenue goals, and customer acquisition objectives.
    • Provide regular reports on sales progress, market feedback, and pipeline development to the Sales Manager/Director.
    • Track customer orders, product shipments, and post-sale follow-up to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
    • Stay current with Lenovo's product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position Lenovo solutions.
    • Continually improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
    • Work closely with Lenovo's support and distribution teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer fulfillment.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT, technology, or commercial products sector.
    • Experience selling computer hardware, software, or enterprise-level solutions (Lenovo experience is a plus).
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Lenovo products, including laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, and enterprise solutions.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and other decision-makers.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships, working independently while contributing to the overall team success.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with a commission-based structure.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations using digital tools and platforms.
  • Other:
    • Ability to travel (if required) to meet with clients or attend industry events.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to represent Lenovo and AFL International Consulting Staff and Services Inc. with confidence.
