Finance Analyst

What does a successful Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a Finance Analyst , you will partner with Business Unit Finance and functional leadership to develop and drive in-depth financial analyses, identifying key drivers, trends, variances, emerging risks and opportunities.

What you will do?
Partner with BU finance and functional leadership to develop and drive in-depth financial analyses, identifying key drivers, trends, variances, emerging risks and opportunities; regularly communicating findings to senior leaders in concise and meaningful reporting

Help to lead the preparation and review of annual budget, long term plans, forecasts, and month end close process

Prepare Management Reporting including Quarterly Financial Review decks, Financial Forecasts, Business Reviews and any ad-hoc requests

Evaluate volumes and revenue performance to provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and profit

Utilize knowledge gained through functional team partnerships to maintain and enhance the monthly operational dashboard with financial and operational KPIs used by the FI Group management team for making strategic portfolio decisions.

What you will need to have?
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field

1 plus year of finance or accounting related experience

Leverage superior Excel skills to develop and maintain financial analyses to support key initiatives and decisions.

Intermediate to advanced skill level on PowerPoint, Word, SAP and SAP Business Analyzer, PowerBI knowledge is a plus.

What would be great to have?
FP&A or M&A background preferred

MBA and/or CPA a plus
