We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to become a valuable part of our team of hard-working and talented professionals.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in promoting our brand names, products, and services. You'll represent the company in a positive manner, interact with customers and sales prospects, and actively engage with customers during our promotional campaigns. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to attend business meetings for product knowledge, training, development, and networking opportunities.

Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively multitask while engaging with customers.
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Business acumen and understanding of customer service principles.
  • Outgoing and engaging conversational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
