About the Overnight Front Desk Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Associate to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our club staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, guests, and fellow team members in a welcoming and judgement-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests, assist with questions and concerns, and promote our Judgement Free Zone.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries.
  • Perform membership-related functions, such as sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
  • Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, facilities, and communal spaces.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willing to become CPR/AED certified.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly pay range of $16.00 to $17.25.
