A growing consumer products company in Wisconsin is currently seeking a new Accounts Receivable / Credit Analyst for a promising opportunity with their growing team in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities:

The Accounts Receivable / Credit Analyst will:

  • Process customer correspondence and telephone inquiries
  • Assist customer in resolving account problems
  • File correspondence and back-up documentation on collection efforts
  • Record information of account status in the system
  • Investigate discrepancies with customer payments, such as deductions for freight, tax, returns, incomplete shipments, etc.
  • Confer with the Credit Coordinator or other team members on non-routine issues
  • Initiate follow-up contacts with delinquent customers to encourage payment
  • Monitor customer performance and makes necessary adjustment to credit ratings/limits or suggests alternative collection efforts
  • Process bankruptcy paperwork
  • Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Experience with basic Accounting functions
  • Microsoft Excel proficient
  • Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

  • Associate's and Bachelor's Degree
