The Opportunity:

Michelin is hiring We have an immediate opening in Greenville, SC for a Process Engineer who will be responsible for building and improving our Ordering and Invoicing processes within our customer service domain. This role will require daily interactions across a variety of teams to both understand current processes and help create and deliver upgraded solutions to meet the business needs.

This opportunity is at our North American Corporate Headquarters in Greenville, SC. What you will do:

  • Analyze and challenge existing procedures in areas of responsibility, making recommendations, and working with the operational teams to integrate solutions
  • Coordinate directly with Business and IT resources to provide optimized and simplified business process flows; yielding a better employee and customer experience
  • Provide testing and quality assurance to ensure the processes delivered are functioning as expected
  • Create and share continuous improvement recommendations for better data management and quality
  • Leverage critical thinking to solve problems proactively and analyze ongoing issues to determine a root cause
  • Document and share best practices for your fellow team members to ensure they understand the best solutions and can implement them
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
  • Previous Process Engineer, Business or Functional Analyst, Order to Cash workflow experience
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with proven ability to build meaningful relationships with business and technical partners with a servant leadership mentality
  • A desire to learn new tools and technologies and the ability to teach others
  • Effective problem-solving skills to analyze, find the root cause, and implement solutions to eliminate/reduce the risk of the problem happening again
  • Capability to translate complex technical topics into actionable business terminology
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid, in-office schedule
