About the Role

The Sales Executive will manage a full-cycle sales process and will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies. You are extremely motivated, results-driven and well connected in the IT deployment space.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach to generate new business opportunities within Enterprise level accounts
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our technology services, effectively communicate their benefits to clients, and address any technical questions or concerns
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas while maintaining impeccable integrity
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline, track activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Working knowledge of CRM, preferably HubSpot
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven successful experience in Enterprise sales, preferably in the technology industry
  • A hunter mentality and proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-Centric approach and a strong customer focus with the ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
