Your primary goal is to enable people to engage in meaningful and purposeful activities despite physical, developmental, social, or emotional challenges. Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following: Assessment, Treatment Planning, Intervention, Client Education, Adaptive Techniques and Equipment, Collaboration, Mental Health Support, Workplace Ergonomics.As an Occupational therapist, you will regularly collaborate with other disciplines and services at departmental and system levels. You will be expected to independently review outcomes and modify intervention programs.Occupational TherapistDate: 09.12.24 | Job Number: 276940Travel Occupational Therapist - OT in Corvallis, ORThe duration in weeks is 13The working schedule for this role is Days (0800-1630) rotating weekendsGuaranteed hours: 40Weekends are as neededHolidays are as neededOn-Call is not requiredEMR used to be shared upon interviewPositions Available: 2Key Responsibilities:Occupational therapists assess the client's physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors that may affect their ability to perform daily activitiesBased on the assessment, OTs develop individualized treatment plans to address specific challenges and goals. These plans may include exercises, activities, and adaptations to enhance independence and functionOccupational therapists work directly with clients to implement the treatment plans.
