The Automation Engineer is responsible for the successful completion of projects which are broad in nature. The engineer will typically define the project, set the goals, and communicate the project to all affected parties clearly and concisely. Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing systems and equipment to meet production goals and quality standards.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Omaha, Nebraska and some days remote.
Work Environment
- This falls on the corporate engineering side, with the ability to work remote at times (e.g., when doing design work).
- Standard 5 days a week, but there is hybrid flexibility in this role, whereas the plant operates on a 4 days every other week schedule.
- Headquartered in Omaha so lots of room for growth and upward mobility without needing to relocate someday. They especially like to promote folks from engineering into leadership roles
- Flexible work schedule, casual dress and a laid back work environment
- 10 Paid Holidays, 3 weeks of vacation
