Job Specifications: Outlet: Aspen, CO Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.36 / hour Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Hours available Skill Level: Entry Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends Commitment to exceptional Customer Service Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods Must be able to communicate fluently in English A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following: Mountain Activities Retail Rental operations Food and Beverage Support Ticket sales or scanning Lift Operations Base Area Operations The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.35.
