We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, both in-person, over the phone, and via email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges following company guidelines.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide expert advice.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
