Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Account Manager, Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) follows the patient injection training journey from start to finish. The PAC works with key members of Syneos and Takeda to find and assign a Nurse Educator, ensure the patient is seen within the necessary time frame, confirm all guidelines were followed, complete administrative duties to track and manage data. You will: Train nurses and other team members on S360 and other rules and procedures. Assign a nurse to all new assignments utilizing guidelines for location, volume, availability, and experience. Act as a liaison between Takeda Patient Support Manager and Syneos Nurse Educator. Special Reporting and Special Projects as needed. Work collaboratively with the Takeda Leadership Team to identify need for procedural updates and coverage gaps.
