Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license with one year driving experience
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
