The Judge Group is seeking a 2rd Shift Production Manager with Sanitation Supervisory experience in the Tyler, Texas area.COMPENSATION: $95,000 to 110,000 plus bonus
SHIFT: 2nd Shift (8:00p till the handoff to sanitation with occasional Saturdays based on Demand)MUST HAVE: 5+ years of Production and Sanitation experience (Bachelors degree preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set job expectations and monitor progress

Participate in hiring, training and disciplinary actions when necessary

Maintain workflow of production processes and personnel and resources needed

Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel

Establish priorities and monitor progress

Maintain quality service

Ensure operation of equipment

Ensure that the finished products are submitted and comply with critical control point (CCP)

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Prepare production reports

Conduct employee performance reviews

Ensure that SOP's, GMP's, and safety rules are followedSanitation:

Oversee plant cleaning, sanitation, pest control, and GMP compliance

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices

Oversee training on all shifts from a sanitation perspective

Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary
-
Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory product quality standards

Validate performance of the CIP and COP systemEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
5+ years of Production and Sanitation experience (Bachelors degree preferred)
-
4+ years of experience in some sort of food manufacturing environment
-
2+ years of supervisory experience
