- Drive customer savings through outbound negotiations with top providers (Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, etc.)
- Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies, identifying and documenting "patterns" to enhance our repeatable process
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, setting expectations, and exceeding service standards
- Document customer interactions and negotiation journeys in our CRM
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive process improvements
- Achieve exceptional performance metrics and demonstrate leadership potential within the first 6 months
- Take on additional responsibilities, mentoring team members and contributing to team strategy
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement team goals and objectives
- Lead by example, driving a culture of excellence and customer-centricity
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or negotiation
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
