Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dallas, Texas, for IT – Director Sales at CubeSimple. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our IT sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Oversee the development of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • 100% travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
