Onward Search is a seeking a
Paid Search Specialist
for global pharmaceutical company.
You'll manage the paid search accounts handled by agency partners.
The Paid Search Specialist, an SEM expert, will actively analyze data and formulate strategic optimizations and recommendations within Paid Search platforms. Demonstrated success in seeing ideas through from conception to fruition is essential for the ideal candidate.
This is a
full-time, 7-12 month contract, remote
opportunity, but may require travel if outside the Los Angeles/Irvine, CA vicinity.

As a
Paid Search Specialist
you’ll:
Act as the subject matter expert in Paid Search, driving innovation and implementing best practices for company's brands.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and strategic recommendations based on results.
Conduct ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and identifying optimization opportunities within Paid Search platforms
Manage bid adjustments and allocating spend effectively across different channels and keywords.
Generate monthly reports, identifying issues, and proposing enhancements to Paid Search strategies.
Build and maintain strong external relationships with agency partners, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams.
Stay informed about industry updates, tools, trends, and findings, and integrating new opportunities where applicable.
Paid Search Specialist Skills & Experience must-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in managing Paid Search Campaigns.
Proficiency in strategizing, purchasing, and optimizing on Search platforms.
Skilled in Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot table creation and v-lookup functions.
Proficient in strategizing, purchasing, and optimizing on Search platforms.
Capable of managing a high volume of work across various business functions to ensure timely delivery and impactful results.
Strong analytical skills, adept at extracting actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Experience in pharma or healthcare is advantageous.
