Regional Sales Manager - EV Charging & Infrastructure Qualifications Excellent presentation and communication written and verbal skills, strong work ethics, able to work remotely, and on your own Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential as this role involves working with annual budgets as well as producing financial reports on customer deal structures Active Member of EV Charging Infrastructure associations Vast experience in construction/infrastructure Significant experience minimum 5 to 7 years Management and coordination of charging infrastructure Intimate knowledge on policies, rules and regulations Proven, established record, having a technically focused product range and having a supporting background and industry knowledge of solution applications Familiarity with local regulations and requirements of bespoke segments A well-known face within the EV charging industry Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness for cross-cultural communications Responsibilities Leadership for EV charging infrastructure Ability to take a highly technical solution and translate it to customers at all levels of the organization Locate opportunities on the West Coast Build & implement a sales strategy for products while focusing on short and long term (hunter and farmer) Ability to identify and hunt down relevant qualified opportunities Collaborating regionally and globally to align go-to strategy with colleagues and partners Engage in each account as the primary point of contact on all aspects Adopt a position of sales leadership across all disciplines in the sales process that are required to engage prospects and develop a relationship with the customer Develop and maintain a detailed technical understanding of the products, solutions, and future portfolio roadmap Strong analytical capabilities and experience as well as a keen understanding of sales cycles and how to maximize influence during the sales process Capable of utilizing CRM and reporting of sales process Partner management Benefits We offer competitive compensation paired with excellent benefits Overview This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the Hydrogen & Fuel Cell sector, whilst maintaining daily operations, activities, and responsibilities in the EV Charging and Infrastructure sector.
