Helios Service Partners is hiring a Full-Time Dispatching Manager. The Dispatching Manager is a valuable mid-level management position. This position requires a master at multi-tasking and making quick but well considered decisions.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:
  • Oversee Dispatching department personnel to include reviews, ongoing training, and skill development. Maintain Absence reports.
  • Oversee Service priorities and job turnaround within Client SLA's (service-level agreement). Work with dispatch team to achieve.
  • Collaborate with Client Service Manager to create On Call schedule.
  • Provide support to fellow department managers.
  • Oversee Client Service Standards for Schedule Adherence, NTE Management, IVR Compliance, Client Forms, and Work Order Resolution within client SLA's (service-level agreement).
  • Be aware of scheduling delays, work with dispatcher for area to determine possible solutions. Keep Account Manager notified.
  • Work with Regional Service Manager on concerns, needs for their assigned dispatcher.
  • Ensure Preventative Maintenance planning to achieve scheduling requirements within SLA's (service-level agreement).
  • Ensure Dispatching provides timely and accurate information from the field including IVR Confirmation, Completion notes and KPI's on WO's.
  • Ensure the Dispatching team is working with Service and Account Managers to schedule all approved quoted repairs within 2 business days of part delivery.
  • Ensure the Dispatching team is working with Service and Account Managers to schedule all equipment replacements within 1 week of equipment delivery.
  • Ensure Dispatching team is working with Service and Account Managers on coordination and scheduling of larger quoted work that involves rental equipment and or crane rental.
  • Ensure the Dispatching team is working with the Regional Service Manager and Account Manager to coordinate and schedule all vendor meetings.
  • Ensure the Dispatching team is following up on all return status. Work with Account Manager to keep job moving. Keep detailed notes on all follow-up efforts.
  • Ensure the Dispatching team is working with the Regional Service Manager and Director of Projects on any special request requiring technicians for permits, truck repairs, or any other needs outside of normal scheduled jobs and service.
  • Ensure Dispatchers are working together with Regional Service Manager and Field Supervisors to help monitor technician time on jobs. If they are exceeding allotted time, then follow up with the Field Supervisors to see what the problem is and allow him to guide them to get the job done more efficiently.
  • Ensure Dispatchers are working together with the Regional Service Manager to closely assess the entire workload and needs for overtime and weekend work.
  • Work together with the Regional Service Manager to work out planned travel for out of district technicians.
  • Approve PO's for truck inventory.
  • Support On Call staff with Dispatch escalations
  • Conduct any disciplinary actions to include verbal and written warnings.
  • Support after-hours emergencies dispatch needs, as necessary.
  • Assist dispatchers with scheduling compliance.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
  • High school education or GED required; Associates and/or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience dispatching experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years' Supervisory/managerial experience required.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Proven flexibility and dependable performance.

Helios compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000/yr. in our lowest geographic market up to $80,000/yr. in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios's compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
