Your Purpose As an essential member of the Brightline Talent Acquisition team, your primary focus will be to support recruitment initiatives by sourcing candidates, pre-screening candidates, interviewing, and assessing candidates to facilitate the hiring of field-based hospitality talent. To be successful, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ability to adapt to changing business needs. Additionally, your extensive hospitality experience will play a pivotal role in contributing significantly to Brightline's overarching mission of creating a brighter way to get there. Your Role Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various channels such as applicant tracking system (UltiPro), social media platforms, and networking events to source potential candidates Screening : Conduct initial screening of candidates, assessing their suitability based on their skills, experience, and fit within the hospitality industry Interview Scheduling : Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing a positive experience for all candidates Candidate Assessment : Evaluate candidates for their skills, experience, and potential fit within the company and the hospitality industry Collaboration : Work closely with talent acquisition team and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired qualifications Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database. Your Qualifications: 3+ years of proven experience recruiting non-exempt/hourly talent within the high-volume, fast-paced travel, leisure, hospitality, food & beverage, or similar industry Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience. Possess a high sense of urgency Attention to detail and highly organized a must Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as UltiPro or similar tools Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including scheduling interviews via MS Outlook and utilizing MS Teams daily required Brightline Management, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
