Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI development, and robotic systems.
  • Strong understanding of injection molding processes and medical manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations).
  • Experience with CAD software and automation simulation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Certification in automation technologies or project management.
  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and IoT applications in manufacturing.
Work Environment:
  • This role typically operates in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to automated machinery and equipment.
  • Occasional travel may be required for vendor visits, equipment installations, and training.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and components weighing up to 50 pounds.
