- Strong understanding of injection molding processes and medical manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations).
- Experience with CAD software and automation simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in automation technologies or project management.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analytics and IoT applications in manufacturing.
- This role typically operates in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to automated machinery and equipment.
- Occasional travel may be required for vendor visits, equipment installations, and training.
