Role Responsibilities

Change Orders

Price change orders and submit requests to owner Assist in the formulation and tracking of change orders and budget information Forward budget and change order information to Project Manager. Provide change order information to field personnel Maintain the Change Order log

Estimating

Prepare estimates for new projects Prepare quantity takeoffs and solicit any subcontracting prices Assist client with budgets and value engineering Build client relations through exceeding customer expectations Daily Duties
