Job Title: Project Engineer - Structural

Job Description:
The Project Engineer is responsible for technical/operational leadership of a project
Defines, generates, and reviews project requirements documentation
Performs technical studies to refine project requirements
Monitors projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained
Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
Please note that the Project Engineer will join our Team on a secondment basis
This position involves working directly with one of our key Customers, providing Project Engineering and coordination support to their project.
Job Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Structural Engineering
  • A minimum of seven (7) years related experience, with average experience of 10-15 years
  • Background in executing large EPC projects with time spent in the Structural Discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team
  • Will comply with all KBR and site safety policies and procedures
  • Willingness to travel to project sites, if necessary
  • Collaborate with the client???s team to ensure the project deliverables are issued within project specifications
Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges
  • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
