Join to apply for the Project Manager role at CBRE Saddle Brook - New Jersey - United States of America, Union - New Jersey - United States of America About The Role We are seeking a Project Management Consultant to join our team to oversee and manage various Commercial Real Estate projects for our clients in the Northern New Jersey area. The Project Manager will lead high?end commercial real estate projects for various clients for the New Jersey advisory business. This is a hybrid role; the selected candidate will be required to report to the clients' offices or project offices as dictated by client needs and project requirements. This job is part of the Project Management function, responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. What Youll Do Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial, high?end renovation projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standards to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings. Interface and be in direct contact with the clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Identify project delivery resources from pre?qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conduct standard request for proposals, complete bid analysis, and recommend resources to clients. Lead project delivery resources/team, providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Implement communication plans for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep clients and project resources informed. Facilitate project meetings. Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation. Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines. Report status, variances, and craft action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assess impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk. Demonstrate ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Demonstrate knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (larger economic implications, business risk, etc.). Other duties as assigned. What Youll Need Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training. Prior experience working with high?rise, high?end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired. Proven track record of managing multiple projects at varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast?paced environments is preferred. Commercial interior renovations project and/or construction management experience is preferred. Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take new perspectives on existing solutions. In?depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project and other MS software including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for this position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsends applicable benefit program.
