About our Facility: Bear Mountain at Worcester is a specialized skilled nursing facility providing neurorehabilitation for traumatic and acquired brain injuries, ventilator weaning and management and care of medically complex patients. Staffed with experienced professionals committed to excellence, we provide a welcoming environment with a patient centered approach to care, healing, recovery, and comfort.Our comprehensive continuum of healthcare services include Post-Acute Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation, Long-Term and Respite Care. Our facility is staffed with healthcare professionals who attend to every patient’s needs. Schedule: Full time - various hours depending on the needs of facility and ability to educate staff on all 3 shifts.
