Role Summary You’ll speak to small businesses from around the country, helping them with the three jobs Intuit solves better than anyone else… managing finances, getting paid, and managing employees. This will require you to ask questions to get to know their business, how they work, and make a recommendation that will solve those jobs better than they thought possible. Your ability to solve problems with connected solutions will not only fuel their success but yours. Your key responsibilities will include taking or making contacts with prospects, converting them to users of our connected solutions, getting them to the right offering for their business, and creating lifelong customers for Intuit. ' How You'll Measure Success ' Spend 70+% of your time interacting with customers measured by productive time Turn shoppers into buyers measured thru conversion rates Get them onto the strategic right fit platform for their business measured thru online mix rates Sell connected services solving more than the core problem they asked about measured by attach rates Ultimately, drive revenue to exceed your goal ' What You'll bring ' Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1-3+ years of successful track record in SaaS or Cloud sales roles preferred Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions and business value Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask A track record of being driven and achieving goals Make complex problems and solutions simple for people to understand Highly curious about customers and the problems they incur in their small business Seek out feedback/coaching, apply and integrate it quickly in an effort to improve results ' How You'll Bring Value ' Fluent in the differences between on and off premise software/tech and articulates value proposition through analogies and storytelling Skilled in preparing and delivering tailored solution demonstrations in real time Effortlessly speak to the importance of modernizing / automating most critical business processes. Skilled in managing short cycle sales pipeline in SalesForce.com Understand and articulate how SaaS and hosted solutions improve small business effectiveness Helps to coach, mentor, and onboard new hires
