* Interact with clients and ensure their needs are met.

* Encourage repeat-business from clients.

* Oversee a team of customer service agents and mentor them in providing exceptional client experience.

* Liaise with different departments about client queries.

* Offer advice to clients on services and products.

* Develop surveys and capture client information.

* 5+ years prior experience in customer facing roles in IT software services domain.

* Exceptional skills in dealing international clients.
