Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop robust financial models and analyses to provide insights and support key business decisions.
  • Oversee the timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for executive management and board meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies and monitor financial performance indicators.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and investors.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of growth and professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a finance leader in the airline industry is a significant advantage.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • CPA designation is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, combined with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
