Overview:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk II assists in the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, as well as receiving goods delivered to the warehouse. They are responsible for ensuring that proper shipping and receiving processes and procedures are implemented safely in the work environment, accurate data capture of goods coming into and leaving the plant, and identifying Finished Goods vs raw materials and their distribution to QA or direct recipients
Responsibilities:YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate all shipping documents and maintains all records of bill of ladings, invoices, purchase orders, and all other records as required.
- Accurately input required data into the ERP system after matching physical materials to shipping or receiving documents.
- Implement material handling practices to reduce risk of loss of damage to fragile or ESD-sensitive material when preparing material for shipment or receipt.
- Deliver all incoming material requiring inspection to Quality Department and identify customer returns for RMA processing.
- Understand status of all incoming and outgoing material; such as, raw components, processing supplies, outside WIP, and finished goods.
- Recognize material flow of vendor returns via DMR process and transformational WIP through outside vendors and identify customer returns for RMA processing through QA.
- Schedule and coordinate pickups when larger packages are prepared to ship.
- Keep warehouse and shipping & receiving areas clean and organized with a focus on safety & quality while maintaining SSD records for the plant.
Qualifications:

- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in either receiving or shipping
- HS Diploma or equivilant
