Who is EnCloth: EnCloth, started in 2012, is a global apparel manufacturer that offers our customers unsurpassed efficiency and transparency from development through delivery. We work with numerous fashion brands, large companies and e-commerce retailers according to their sourcing and garment production requirements in the US and Australia. We work with clients with or without designs or tech packs, and source fabrics and trims, create samples, manufacture apparel, package our clients’ products, perform quality controls and deliver goods based on clients’ requirements/requests.

EnCloth’s office is based in Atlanta Georgia while our sourcing team and family owned factory is located in the Zhejiang Province of China.

Job responsibility Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent business relationships with potential clients in the apparel business and negotiating payment terms for factory. This includes,

1) Identifying, finding & qualifying leads; 2) Building relationships with potential customers; 3) Lead, manage and grow new client relationships. Leads and sale opportunities should be completed in a report format once a month for review.

Understand the development needs for your potential clients and communicate such needs to the factory to support your sales and business relationships development. We will provide you with the support and resources to grow your book of business- 3D sample development, fabric sourcing team, technical teams with experienced QA, QC and full production team consisted of >200 cut and sew workers. Consult clients on their project requirements, and partner closely with factory team members to craft thoughtful and creative solutions. Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests Contact regular and prospective customers to learn what opportunities exits and solicit orders. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to provide ongoing support and resolve problems as they arise. Work in conjunction with estimating to create quotes to maximize profits, meet any customer needs, and input quotes and sales orders into the company’s system.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Sales Experience: 5 Years above in same industry, Men’s Knits/Woven wear, Women’s Knits/Woven wear Understand the landscape of apparel industry and market needs Have basic understanding of styles/garment constructions Understand the development cycle on working with oversea factory Best if you were a previous buyer/designer and have great connections in the apparel industry

Personal Qualities: Hunger for sales A great people person that can develop a strong, stable relationship Excellent communication and people skills Strong problem-solving ability Organized Ability to work independently while having good teamwork ethic

Compensation: Job Type: Contractual Salary: This is a commission only role Location: At your choice

(Contractual) No base salary with commission for all sales (negotiable based on client margin). Contractors are not required to work full time with us as we more like business partners. We will do all sourcing and development work.
