Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in evaluating potential bids through GovWin and other Request For Proposal (RFP) aggregation tools, identifying opportunities for Briljent that match our strengths, build on past experience, and drive toward our strategic and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analyses of potential bids using Govwin and other RFP aggregation tools to identify opportunities that align with Briljent's expertise and strategic objectives.
Work with customer success points of contact with our contracted bid aggregation vendors to continuously improve the quality and accuracy of our data mining tools to discover right fit opportunities that best serve our organizational goals.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and government procurement processes to enhance bid selection and strategy formulation.
Partner with individual Sales Team members to understand their priorities and curate opportunities and lead generation to enable a proactive sales philosophy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data necessary for decision-making.
Create and present regular reports on sales trends, market analysis, and social media metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, RFP best practices, and digital marketing innovations to continuously improve our strategies.
Support the design, development, and execution of Briljent's multi-channel social media strategy, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and business goals.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Analyst, preferably with expertise in government contracts and RFP processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
High moral and ethical standards, with a commitment to putting the client's needs first.
Experience with corporate social media accounts and executing digital marketing strategies is preferred but not required
