Construction Superintendent - Bangor ME Responsibilities:

  • Work along-side Architects, Sub-contractors, and Clients
  • Managing on-site construction team
  • Coordinate on-site safety compliance
  • Manage Sub-contractor meetings
  • Manage projects time-line for on-time and on-budget project deliver

Profile

Construction Superintendent - Bangor ME Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience running $10 million+ Construction Projects
  • 5+ field experience at a General Contractor
  • Familiarity with Construction software
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Someone looking to grow their Construction career in Maine for the longevity of their career
  • Bachelors degree in a Construction related field (preferred)
  • Estimating experience (preferred)
