CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB OVERVIEW

This is an hourly nonexempt position reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Southwest Dealer Services | Acrisure Protection Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Listed responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Manage and update customer accounts and records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or automotive industry is a plus but not required
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
