INTERNAL NOTES:

For these two roles - Specific interest in at least one coming with strong Workday Integrations knowledge (EIB's, API's, and familiarity configuring, not just supporting).

For another, massive BONUS with Workday HCM experience, at minimum, HCM SaaS configuration experience.

1st:

Most interested in specific projects they are covering for this.

Project: Still TBD, continuous delivery OR its own project. There is a scope of work with a need.

3 key areas (integrations) Cross functional, what exact integrations workday experience.

Benefits, Payroll, setting up identity and things.

Reporting (somewhat of a module) nothing specific like Security, Needs that Core HCM. That is more run of the mill configurations in that.

It's why she says "workday, absolute jam they have it"

HCM has tentacles everywhere.

Will need two SA's, envisioning these two roles, will be recognizing looking for a needle in a haystack.

Workday Integrations, not just supporting.
Configuring, Creation
"A little more than just a workday analyst typically would be, little more technical"
Optimization integrations
Technical Aptitude, creating customer reports, sending downstream to that system
Why not using API's
Pushing back, thinking creatively, best practices on how this can be done.
2nd: Systems Admin (min 2-3 years in HCM configuration analyst)

SaaS HCM System,
Configuration and Supporting, Self-Driving Type, reporting and security as well.
Workday + big bonus for this one.
Configuration, definitely have some sort of configuration.

"Supporting" and validating, any form of configuration in workday or not. Configuring "new report" or things like that.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A day in the life:

The Systems Analyst analyzes technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements.

Takes in requirements from business analysts and documents technical requirements
Assesses configuration options to meet requirements and specifications
Applies increasing knowledge in system features and technology standards
Performs troubleshooting and investigates root cause of issues
Documents technical solutions to identified problems
Engages with engineers to design/configure solutions
Assists in testing and participates in test phases prior to UAT
Updates technical specs based on testing, prioritized defects or post-release lessons learned
Supports communication for application/system deployment
Works to ensure application availability and identify SLAs for operational readiness
Supports incident management and end-user satisfaction through ITIL processes.
