Business Partner, Technology (Cross-Meta Foundations) ResponsibilitiesPartner with Business leaders & HR Business Partners on compensation strategy and decisions for tech pillars in Cross-Meta
other Tech compensation areas and projects based on business needs and Tech compensation priorities .Lead with internal & market insights to drive compensation solutions with clients while providing strategic project leadership, a bias towards action, and a strategic focus on driving key outcomes.Drive and own key compensation initiatives across the technology compensation pillars.Partner with the Comp Program & Operations team and other cross functional partners to execute and drive consistency across compensation planning, program administration, performance summary cycles and comp program automation projects.Lead with a global mindset- designing and implementing compensation solutions at global scale with international compensation partnersLead the annual market review process for client groups, providing insights on market trends and conducting analysis to ensure ongoing market competitiveness for our roles.Partner with clients and comp team on job architecture initiatives for new and existing roles within client groups.Work closely with our offers team and recruiting partners to hire top talent.Minimum QualificationsBA/BS in Economics, Business Administration or similar field6+ years of experience in compensation analyst/consultant roleCross-functional Partnership, influencing, and communication skillsExperience working with HR business partners and business leadersExperience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and HR SystemsExperience in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: salary and incentive plan design and administration, sales compensation, international compensation, equity compensation, executive payExperience working in fast paced environments and managing multiple key priorities simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsMBA or Advanced degreeFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
