Automotive Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:
Automotive Sales Manager Competitive Salary:
Enjoy a $2,500 base monthly salary plus 3% total used vehicle gross profit, with expected monthly earnings ranging from $9,000 to $12,000.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 2 paid holidays per year to Automotive Sales Managers subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Structures vehicle deals, including contracting customers, ensuring accurate paperwork, and getting deals bought by bank; making necessary corrections and performing resigns, and assumes full responsibility for funding delays.
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of your team sales employees, creating and maintaining a strong and effective team.
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect sales.
Assists individual salespeople in setting realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
Conducts daily and/or weekly sales meetings.
Provides effective communication throughout the sales department as well as interdepartmentally.
Ensures that salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain high ratings in customer reviews.
Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
Excellent supervisory/managerial skills.
Team building and training/development skills.
Ability to actively participate in team development and processes while motivating others to do the same.
Basic knowledge of dealership operations.
