Full-Time W-2 position with benefits

132 Hospital Beds

14 ICU Beds

Level IV Trauma Center

Closed ICU

Average Daily Encounters: 9

EMR: Epic

Day: 1 Physician 7a-7p

Night: 1 NP/PA 7p-7a & Physician on-call

Physician Requirements:

Board Certification in Critical Care & Pulmonology

Must have at least 1 year of experience

Must have Active TX license & DEA

Work 1 week per month at this hospital and 1 week at San Marcos hospital

NP/PA Requirements:

NPs must have ACNP

Must have at least 1 year of Critical Care experience as an NP/PA or completed a Critical Care residency program

Must be comfortable working alone overnight (will have overnight MD via phone)

Procedural competency in intubations, central lines, and arterial lines
