We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Vice President, Administration and Planning to join Mellon Investments. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. and is a hybrid working role.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Lead a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications.
Manages and oversees end-to-end project management activities such as project reporting and planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management and relationship management for complex projects.
Works with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute deliverables; Communicates clearly with internal management and key stakeholders
Assists in developing detailed project plans and process maps
Monitors and communicates progress on goals, risks, resources and result
Prepares project reporting and status documentation, including issue/risk escalation, and provides feedback to Project Leads and senior leadership.
Works with Mellon Index CEO and COO to implement strategic initiatives or establish best practices and processes.
Serves as liaison between internal stakeholders to manage expectations and ensures project delivery.
Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
7-10 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred; experience in the finance industry is a plus.
Experience with executive reporting and strong PowerPoint skills is preferred.
Experience with business and/or project management required.
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders required.
