We strive to foster an environment you can thrive in through our commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead broad-based compensation and annual cash incentive programsLead team responsible for providing ongoing benchmark and market analysis support to talent and business leadersParticipate in salary surveys to assess company's compensation competitiveness to marketSubject matter expert to executives, talent leaders and managers on compensation decisionsIdentify opportunities for improvement to current compensation processes to create more efficiencies and cross functional collaborationWork with compensation team to provide ad-hoc compensation analysisModel compensation cost implications and make recommendations to executives and senior managementREQUIREMENTSBachelor's DegreeMinimum 7 years progressive experience in compensationAbility to influence leaders throughout the organizationAbility to plan, organize and prioritize work for the team, including ad hoc projects to meet deadlinesRecruiter:Amanda Frock ()Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to acts, such as The Equal Pay Transparency Act. Please speak with your recruiter to learn more.Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:$143,275.86 to $191,034.48Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, a wellbeing program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, based on both company and individual performance, as well as short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. Compensation decisions will not be based on a candidate's salary history.
