As Program Managers within the Field Technology Portfolio & Product Management (FTPM) Team, we work closely with Product Managers, IT, and internal customers in an Agile methodology to drive programs through to completion. for ensuring programs are designed to meet clearly articulated business objectives, and that accurate tracking mechanisms for objectives are established early in the programOrchestrates communications between other Program Managers, Product Managers, and Senior Leadership to provide clear project visibilityActively manage program risks and develop mitigation plans of critical issues to leadership for timely resolution.Coordinates program plans with Business Change Management team to ensure clear communications and program adoptionBrings new practical improvements to iterate on the PMO methodology.Evangelize program scope to maintain focus on core business objectives within time and budget constraints.What you need to succeed4-6 years of experience as a fulltime Sr. program manager leading large global initiativesExperience leading multiple partners involved in solving sophisticated problems using Agile methodologiesExtraordinary Cross-functional collaborator; Inventive problem-solver who can lead key partners to tackle business problems, beyond assigning tasks and taking minutesHigh attention to detail; Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written; ability to present effectively at all levelsIs a motivated, self-starter, who is able to make progress quickly even when there is ambiguityMust have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment and maintain a can-do demeanor.Commanding knowledge of various project and process applications (i.e. SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, Visio).Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience requiredCertification in project/program management (e.g., Project Management Institute's PMP) desired.Application Window NoticeIf this role is open to hiring in Colorado (as listed on the job posting), the application window will remain open until at least 12:01 AM Pacific Time, in compliance with Colorado pay transparency regulations. The U.S. pay range for this position is $106,300 -- $196,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
