Job DescriptionAs a Swim Instructor at The Y of Central Maryland, you will teach swim lessons to participants of all ages and backgrounds. This role emphasizes adhering to YMCA guidelines while promoting a positive experience. You will ensure the safety of swimmers during lessons and interpret and enforce pool rules.

Responsibilities- Teach swim lessons according to the YMCA of the USA Aquatic Program- Maintain a safe environment for swimmers during lessons- Adhere to standards set for progression and evaluation of students' abilities- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
