The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant will support six members of the C-Suite. Responsibilities include but not limited to meeting set up and calendar management, scheduling domestic and/or international travel, expense submission and processing, coordination, managing PO requirements and facilitating any facility needs and/or requirements. This role demands exceptional multi-tasking abilities and a firm grasp on MS office suite and SAP. This position is located at Current's Greenville, SC location. This role is expected to be onsite Monday - Friday. Virtual evening and weekend work included. Essential Functions:
Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings; prepares and submits expense reports. Assist in the arrangement of board meeting events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information, invitations, coordinating attendees, and managing budget. Independently coordinates creation of purchase orders, receiving good/services, authorizing invoices and payment requests. Acts as a primary resource for key stakeholders including members of the board of directors, customers, suppliers, direct reports, and employees. Works closely with leaders in all functions as needed. Independently works and resolves issues; refers inquiries to more appropriate internal contacts; relays information appropriately to satisfy the inquirer's need without inadvertent disclosure of sensitive information; completes special projects and assignments; establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others. Manages highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters in a timely manner, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Helps establish administrative protocols and standards with the other members of the administrative staff and acts as a backup to other staff as needed. Qualifications Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Acrobat. SAP S4 experience PO management Minimum of 10 years in a professional work environment Bachelor's degree preferredStrong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, clients, leadership team, and employees Expert written and verbal communications skills Professional appearance and demeanor Accessible during off hours required CompensationThe position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is 85,000-95,000.
