Tasks Organize and maintain student records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with school policies and regulations. Assist with the digitization of paper files, converting documents into electronic format for easier access and retrieval by authorized personnel. Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff to update and manage file systems, ensuring all student information is current and properly categorized. Retrieve and deliver requested files or documents to designated staff members promptly and efficiently, maintaining a log of borrowed files. Perform regular audits of the filing system to ensure compliance with data protection standards and identify areas for improvement in file management processes. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer applications, like Microsoft Office. Good communication skills to interact with staff and students. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Benefits Career Training
