Looking for a role where organization is the superpower? Our client is searching for a detail-driven Filing Clerk to support a high-volume document project within their organization. Job Title: Filing Clerk
Pay: $18-22/hour
Location: Oregon City, OR
What You'll Do
- Scan, sort, and file documents with precision
- Maintain clean, efficient digital and physical filing systems
- Perform fast, accurate data entry and verify file accuracy
- Review documents for completeness and proper classification
- Support general office tasks as needed in a busy, collaborative environment
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative or filing experience
- Strong attention to detail-nothing gets past you
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Positive attitude, reliable work habits, and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
