Tasks Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to customer inquiries regarding the use and troubleshooting of catamaran-related software applications and systems. Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and provide additional guidance as necessary. Document and track customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the company's help desk system. Collaborate with other team members to identify solutions and improvements in processes to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency. Requirements Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other customer support role, preferably in the maritime or transportation industry. Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products, with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
