Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute various events such as conferences, weddings, fundraisers, and corporate gatherings
- Coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and decor
- Develop event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to ensure successful event execution
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and attendees
- Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong market knowledge in events management
- Exceptional customer service and guest services skills
- Experience in fundraising events is a plus
- Proficient in event planning, time management, and organizational skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Events management: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
