**Role Description**:
**This position pays between 80k - 85k CAD per year.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Define and prioritize product backlog items based on customer and business needs.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and refine product strategy and roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering teams and UX teams to guide product development, ensuring that features solve user needs and adhere to quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to align product goals and expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Oversee product testing, releases, and feedback loops with clients to continually improve the user experience.
- Maintain feature specs, product documentation, and own release notes for your respective product verticals.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, specifically in digital banking or fintech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in agile development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
