**Job Summary**

Express Exams is seeking a dependable, detail orientated, self-starter to assist in the Quality Assurance department. Must be computer proficient, have excellent written and communication skills. Must also be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.

The IME Assistant will support the supervisor of the department with reviewing/proofreading of independent medical examination reports, addendums or supplemental reports. This position is required to handle quality assurance questions and provide overall support to the Quality Assurance Department.

**Education and/or Experience Requirements**

High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Some College Preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Typing with a minimum of 35 WPM is required.

Quality Assurance experience and knowledge is a plus.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to manage changes, delays, or unexpected events appropriately
- Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities, and use time efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to exercise standards of professionalism
- Deadline oriented
- Bi-Lingual is a Plus, but not required
