**Compensation**:
$87,000 - $124,000 at plan yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively promote and sell to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking out and converting new leads into customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques and approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience in ales.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- US work authorization and residing in Illinois.
