As a Solutions Architect at COCC you will hold a key position in shaping and delivering cutting-edge IT solutions. **What you’ll do**
- Provide technical leadership to guide the development and implementation of innovative and effective IT solutions.

- Manage relationships with vendors, evaluate products, and negotiate agreements to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay informed about new products and technologies, evaluating their potential for integration into existing solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in technical discussions during the sales process, supporting the sales team in presenting technical aspects to clients.

**What you’ll bring**

Technical Proficiencies:

- Operating Systems: Proficient in Windows OS, Linux.
- Virtualization: VMware, Citrix, Microsoft, VDI.
- Networking: Cisco, Meraki, HP, SD-WAN.
- Scripting: PowerShell, Linux
- Monitoring Tools: LogicMonitor and/or Grafana a plus.
- Cloud Technologies: Azure, AWS.
- RMM Products: Proficient in the use of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
- MSP Technologies: Familiarity with MSP tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role.
- Strong technical proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to guide and inspire a technical team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends.

The salary range for this position is $130000-170000/annually
